Chinamasa pays tribute to Mugabe

The Former Minister of Finance and Economic Cde Patrick Chinamasa has paid his last tributes to the late Former President Robert Mugabe who died at 95.

Chinamasa dismissed rumors that Mugabe was going to be buried at his rural home in Zvimba. Cde Chinamasa said no one deserved to be buried at the National Heroes Acre than the gallant son of the soil Cde Mugabe.

“No one is eligible to be buried at the heroes’ acre other than Mugabe”, claims Chinamasa.

Chinamasa hailed Mugabe for being the father of Zimbabwe and also liberating Zimbabweans during the Chimurenga war. Cde Chinamasa said Mugabe helped Zimbabweans to attain rights and also education.

Mugabe was a patriot, he also went to prison. Cde Mugabe liberated Zimbabwe alongside war veterans,” said Chinamasa.

Cde Chinamasa also appreciated Mugabe for standing by for the land reform act whereby Zimbabweans managed to own farms unlike other African countries that are still under imperialism rule.
