Jah Prayzer is going to launch a new album on the 2nd of November at the Harare International Conference Centre.
Mukudzeyishe Mukombe popularly known as Jah Prayzah will be officially launching his 9th album titled “Chitubu” which is going to have twelve tracks on it and is expecting to fill the Conference Centre auditorium. Some tracks on the album features Sauti Sol and Ray Van.
Speaking to Zimonline news, Jah Prayzer’s manager, Keen Mushapaidze said that they started working on the album soon after “Kutonga Kwaro” was released.
“Chitubu is a spring and it always keeps giving , that’s where the title of the album was derived from.Jah Prayzer has worked so hard on the project and has incorporated all the advice that came from fans as well as improving on strategies that have been already been working for us, so we expect it to be a killer album and we hope his fans will love it as much as we do.
“We did not face any challenges though we went through a lot in terms of planning and composing, but apart from that everything else was okay,” said Mashapaidze.
Jah Prayzah is a Zimbabwean contemporary musician and a lead member of the band Third Generation who is popularly referred to by fans and media as ‘Soja’, a name he earned mostly because of his signature band uniform of military regalia. The multi award winning Jah Prayzah has had many international shows in Australia, United States, China and the United Kingdom.
