President Emmerson Mnangagwa extended journey to France after he attended Ugandan 57th Independence Day yesterday.
It is reported that the President is with Sakunda Petroleum owner Kudakwashe Tagwirei whose bank accounts are reported to be frozen by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ).
President Mnangagwa is in France, attending the 6th replenishment conference seeking of the Global Fund to fight HIV, tuberculosis and Malaria.
Global health leaders, heads of states, civil society, CEOs, and people affected by HIV, tuberculosis and malaria meet after every three years in October where French President Emmanuel Macron will host the conference.
The Sakunda owner is said to have looted and misused state funds. It is alleged that Sakunda’s bank accounts have been frozen.
