High Court invalidates 2% tax

The high Court has today deprived the legal force of the SI 2018-205 that enforced a 2% tax on electronic transactions which was introduced by Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube as part of the Transitional Stabilisation supposedly to run until 2020.
