Bayethe Development Institute (BDI) has launched a Creative Factory Hub (CFH) which is to employ and empower Zimbabwean youths without jobs.

In a press release BDI said it introduced Creative Factory Hub so as to help the needy in the community without jobs to acquire skills for a living and to improve their environment, arts and cultures.

“Bayethe Development Institute is a Zimbabwe registered non-profit organization working towards empowering marginalized communities with life skills to strengthen their inclusion and participation in all development process. Bayethe Development Institutes work is anchored on information, communication and technology, arts, culture and infrastructure development; environment and climate change development interventions, ”said the Spokesperson of BDI Mandla Ncube.

BDI said it launched the CFH so as to meet the challenges which were being faced by young entrepreneurs who had turned into entrepreneurship because of lack of employment in the country and through CFH they can use their different talents to learn and upgrade their lives

The Creative Factory Hub confronts challenges by featuring a shared resource that allows entrepreneurs to access business office, meeting and training needs such as communications, offices facilities (reception, photocopying, scanning) internet, meeting rooms ,work space café facilities and a resource center,”said Ncube.

BDI’s main objective is to create jobs opportunities for the younger generation and to also contribute to Zimbabwe Economic Transformation Agenda.
