Zimbabwe second largest mobile network provider NetOne today signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Harare Institute of Technology with the Mobile & Data giant financially and infra-structurally supporting the elite state tertiary learning institution.
NetOne Chief Executive Lazarus Muchenje has applauded this strategic and first in the sector relationship. Muchenje said the partnership will empower the community especially women and the youth.
“This partnership resonates with NetOnes vision to offer seamless communication delivered with an edge, buttressed by our mission to transform lives and develop communities through communication solutions. I am glad to say this partnership is a tool for us as a business to effectively fulfill our mandate,”
Muchenje said the partnership is to emancipate the community.

NetOne promised it will deliver all the promises they have made. HIT has managed to invent tracking systems were they can have an insight of what’s taking place on ZUPCO owned buses and commuter omnibuses.
