Hereunder the unedited press statement from Torro Entertainment:
TORRO ENTERTAINMENT – (PAR-OFFICIALE)
We write to announce and confirm the issuance of Work Permits / Visas to Tocky Vibes, Lipsy and Kinnah. Torro Entertainment received confirmation from the authorities on Wednesday 12th November through their Legal and General team. The long anticipated show will now go on.
The new show dates will be advised within the coming week. We further extend our apologies to all our valued fans and customers but are equally excited that we have overcome all efforts to derail the planned shows.
It is unclear at this stage, as to whether the extra-ordinary delays suffered by Torro Entertainment and their artists, initially caused by uncertainty surrounding travel conditions due to the Ebola outbreak, were further compounded by ulterior motives within the industry. We are saddened by the way events have unfolded, as in our previous press update we had appraised our fans and customers based on the advice and updates provided by our then agent. Concerned by the befuddlement of that particular agent, we were forced to engage a different agent who has proven more effective and reliable.
Ticket sales will commence through our official channels and ticketing partners once the final November show dates are confirmed. As you will already be aware, it is our policy that no tickets will be sold until all formalities with artists and relevant authorities are confirmed. This is purely to safeguard our fans and customers.
We thank you for your continued support and understanding.
